We may also photograph in other parts of the main University campus area on the days, but most of the time will be spent at One Elmwood.

The Careers Marketing team will contact students who sign up for a shift and ask them to fill out a form to confirm their attendance and a consent form for their images taken on the days to be used in Queen's University Belfast print and online promotional materials.

The Careers Marketing team will be present throughout both days to oversee the photoshoots and take care of the students.

Students will be paid via QWork for the hours that they attend.
