This position is suitable for a postgraduate student with demonstrable experience or interest in inclusive education.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated postgraduate KCL student to join our project aimed at enhancing inclusivity in assessment design and implementation. The appointee will work closely with the Chair of the Biosciences IE Committee, King's Academy FoLSM Assessment Advisor, and members of the Biosciences Inclusive Education Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal and external partners to identify and curate existing resources.
- Conduct an Audit of Resources: Assist in auditing existing resources that support or engage academic staff in meeting quality/inclusivity standards.
- Identify Gaps: Assess current guidance for inclusive assessment design and develop resources to meet educators' needs.
- Co-Produce Resources: Ensure engagement and sustainability by co-producing resources with input from IE leads, students, and staff.
- Curate Resources: Help establish and curate a comprehensive library of inclusive assessment resources.
- Develop Tools and Guidance: Create tools and guidance for staff that reflect diverse student needs, incorporating feedback from students.
- Support Production: Ensure the professional look and feel of resources in line with KCL branding.
- Communications and Dissemination: Support communication and dissemination activities to share project outputs and evaluate their impact on engagement and practice.

- Experience with establishment of resource libraries, curation and development is a plus.
